You can get a bike for any surface on the market today whether you want a road bike for the tarmac, a mountain bike for the hills or a casual bike for general riders. Mountain biking is a sport enjoyed by people of all ages and abilities. It can be expensive to buy a hi-tech mountain bike but it can be made cheaper by renting a bike from a store or group. Lighter duty mountain bikes are good for all types of biking. Not all mountain biking trails are killers and for experts only – they had to start somewhere too! They are rated on a colour basis with green being the easiest and pink the most difficult. Mountain biking can make your joints ache so take it easy and learn how to manoeuvre over objects properly so that you don’t hurt yourself.

You should definitely bike no matter which style you choose. It is one of the best types of exercise to do working muscles and getting your heart rate up. What’s more, the family can all ride together and you don’t need a license to ride a bike.
