As a rule of thumb, coaches that teach young kids need to be soft and friendly in training soccer skills. This is especially true for lady coaches in order to be successful.

A soccer coach should be enthusiastic enough to influence the culture of the team and also bring about a positive change in the thinking of the players.

Make every player a part of activities that are aimed at achieving success to removing obstructions wherever necessary. For example: a goal to earn the trust and respect of senior players and staff.
